Eric Henderson a native of Atlanta GA and grew up in advertising. His father was an ad agency principal and creative director of Cole Henderson Drake for 35 years. Eric began shooting at the age of twelve with a manual 1968 Nikon F. By the time he was sixteen he sold his first stock photo and began assisting Atlanta's top photographers . To futher his education Eric attended The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and Maine Photographic in Rockport, ME. He moved to New York City to apprentice with New York lifestyle photographer Peter Vaeth on major national campaigns. At twenty-one Henderson opened the doors to his first studio, Eric Henderson Productions and began shooting anything and everything in the categories of Lifestyle, Fashion, Product, Corporate and Location. Over the next decade EHP would achieve regional and national recognition with well respected shows and publications [i.e The One Show, NY Art Directors Show, Clio Awards, 18 Gold Addy Awards, Graphics Magazine, Communication Arts, Achive, How and Art Direction]. EHP began to attract assignments from some of the nation's largest, most distinguished agencies such as Bates USA, DMM&B, LEO Burdett and J Walter Thompson. This brought in clients like Kodak, Budweiser, Delta Airlines, Orkin, Slanger, RJ Reynolds, Delmonte, Ryder Trucks, Viacom, Disney Resorts, Weyerhaeuser and Ritz Carlton Hotels. In 1993 Eric decided to focus exclusively on the work he is most passionate about: Hotel Resort, Travel and Tourism & Lifestyle assignments. Eric now resides In Palm Beach, Florida and has been shooting hotels and resorts exclusively for the past 19 years.
